Solutions Architect - Cassling
Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area.
The Solutions Architect will play a critical role in designing & implementing advanced solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers through our specialty sales product line. This position requires an understanding of healthcare operations, medical technologies, & the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers to make an impact on patient outcomes & access.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive customer solutions that align with the customer’s strategic goals. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the solution development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, partners, and development teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and workflows. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Customer Engagement: Partner with customers and sales to engage customers, gather feedback, address technical concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the delivered solutions. Must be willing to travel extensively (75% or more) to cover territory Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy. Required to maintain DMV (motor vehicle) record as described in the company’s Fleet policy. Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunization, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited Joint Commission policy.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a solutions architect or hospital administration role, preferably within the healthcare technology industry. Health care imaging administration or sales experience preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Physical Requirements
