Summary: The primary responsibility of the Solutions Architect will be to participate in the technology development of the CRM application. They will be responsible for the technical architecture of a CRM application. align with business counterparts to evaluate and select a product solution. Responsibilities: * Will work closely with project Business Analysts and process subject matter experts (cross functional across Business Units, marketing, finance, KM etc) to support business processes with integrated tech solutions * Responsible for defining, analyzing, designing, constructing, testing and implementing technology applications * Evaluating commercial applications to determine alignment with internal architectures, business requirements, and architectures * Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with business groups and IT teams, transforming current and future information services technology into state-of-the-art systems
