Solutions Architect
**Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field Master’s degree preferred. + 5 - 7 years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery, leadership experience preferred + 3 years of expertise working for or servicing large US-based commercial organizations or enterprises. Experience with Commercial Financial corporations is desired. + Track record in creating and closing opportunities in infrastructure solution areas such as Multi-Site/Branch office deployments, Managed Service offerings, Data Center Transformation, Network Lifecycle Modernization, Digital Workspace Transformation, and/or Wi-Fi Modernization + Expert proficiency in financial modeling, including CAPEX/OPEX calculations specific to infrastructure solution proposals. + Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business object. + Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management. + Skilled at multitasking requirements including gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tasks across multiple user groups in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. + Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems in a group setting. + Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and business visualization skills The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
