Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide functional application leadership and guidance regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation. Assist with functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Evaluates internal functions, business development strategies, and IT Processes for improvements. Create Enterprise Architecture plans and governance policies that align with the organization’s strategies and goals. Document and perform application setups in test and production instances. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and architectural design. Assist and drive the development and QA teams by providing technical assistance and direction throughout a change request’s life cycle. Help to develop statements of work and/or client proposals. Thoroughly review application setup and configuration to obtain sign-off. Address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure project schedule adherence. Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.

Basic Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience. Experience: 7+ years in the Information technology field, especially in software development.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Strong background in software development, especially in areas like .net, java, Infrastructure, Cloud Azure, middleware servers API, and IT security. Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of current IT trends and best practices. Experience: Ideally 8-12 years in the field, but not strictly required.

 

Salary Range: $110,600-$165,000

The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
