Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Analyze current technology used at Integer and recommend improvementsEngage in and facilitate stakeholder discussions to document business requirementsDesign solutions to meet requirements and conduct solution assessmentsDesign and document integrations between cloud and on-premise applicationsConfigure, develop, and support corporate applications working with Integer stakeholdersParticipate in system validations, produce documentation including user testing scriptsDesign, implement, deploy, and maintain a complete solutionComply with Integer policies for PMO, SDLC, Audit, Security, Infrastructure, NetworkLead application and system maintenance reviews and related actionsConduct cross program and project resolutionAdvise management on business integration strategiesDiscover, design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end solutionsDesign and support continuous improvements for deployed solutionsAdminister application configuration where requiredPrepare user documentation and conduct user training sessionsSupport project management with project timeline and cost estimatesContinuous research of emerging technology and proposing change where neededProvide supervision and guidance to development teams

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant field5+ years deep functional expertise with a leading Quality and Plant Maintenance systems5+ years experience leading design, execution, and support for application solutionsExcellent knowledge of on-prem, cloud, and current application trends1 or more IT or business focused certifications PMP, Microsoft, ITIL, other
