Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems) and a minimum of eight years work experience in one or more domain or platform areas.In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten years work experience in one or more domain or platform areas.Preferred skills
Proven ability to effectively partner within IT and the business to lead and influence others in a team-oriented environmentDeep subject matter expertise in distributed application architecture, encompassing design, development, deployment, maintenance, security, and complianceFamiliarity with database, web, mobile, and cloud technologies, DevOps tools, and scaled agile techniquesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as coaching and mentoring skillsPrevious solution architecture experience supporting build-from-scratch Application Development and experience with 3rd party vendor integrationsCompensation
$148,000-$178,000/year depending on experienceGainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performanceBenefits
