The Solutions Architect – M365 will analyze, design, and implement Microsoft Endpoint management services and related solutions for our company’s end customers and partners. They will also serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring, and upgrading services within our customers and partners' environments.

 

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft messaging solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements including:Enterprise Mobility + SecuritySystem Center Config Manager/ Microsoft Messaging Configuration ManagerIntuneOffice 365Azure ADConditional AccessSelf Service Password ResetConditional AccessMulti Factor AuthenticationSaaS IntegrationSelf-Service Password ResetCloud App DiscoveryAzure Information ProtectionResponsible for the migration of:Latest legacy SCCM infrastructure to 3rd party configuration management solutionsPlan, manage and troubleshoot Office 365 ProPlus deploymentsAssess and upgrade legacy SCCM infrastructure to the latest buildDevelops technical roadmaps for future Microsoft 365 implementationsDevelops business case analysis on potential projectsServe as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and workshops, overseeing the work of other project team members and being accountable for the outcome of the projectDocument best practices and delivery guidance to delivery teamCollaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentationsPlan, manage, and troubleshoot complex customer environments, deployments, and migrationsCollect, produce and update deployment and design documentation for customer and partner engagements Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibilityMinimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Messaging technologyMinimum 3 years’ experience working with and migrating Microsoft Messaging technologyMinimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment Required Skills Proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Messaging solutionsStrong project time management and communication skillsConsultative approach to deploying enterprise architecturePassion for technologyExpert and timely decision-making skillsStrong written, presentation and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong troubleshooting skillsDrive to learn and deploy new technologyReceptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to travel to client sites upon reasonable request

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years’ experience of Architect services Certifications Required Microsoft Associate Certification, must be obtained within 6 months of employment Unique Requirements Travel to customer sites, up to 10% annually Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
