Solutions Business Analyst
​ + Scope of Work + Gather intelligence from subject matter experts and administers about needs and future improvements. + Manage change request and define the change implementation with steering committee. + Work with management and in-house development team to develop and release enhanced department intranet. + Work with management and in-house development team to develop new or enhance existing SharePoint team/application sites. + Create business process diagrams, presentations, user guides, reports. + Provide in-person/online user trainings. + Perform quality assurance and code compliance review. + Provide general help desk support as a member of the Apps Support Team. + Technical and Experience Requirement + Must possess a BA/BS degree. + Strong system analysis skills – able to produce concept/scope documents, use case and system requirements documents. + Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills. + Excellent oral, written and communication skills, + Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Power BI. + Proficient in ECM solutions such as Open Text and SharePoint. + Experienced with support of document management systems. + Independent worker requiring very little supervision. + Working experience with a large public government agency or utility a plus + Knowledge of DocuSign is highly preferred
