JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for providing support for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business, this includes, but is not limited to Network, Server, Software, Access Control, CCTV and Voice and Data infrastructure.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Grade12 Matric A+, N+ will be a definite advantage. Software – Print management support, Docuware / Laserfiche Microsoft Azure and/or working in Microsoft server environment. Understanding of IP networks, Routing & Switching Experience Office Automation, Network, Software, Access Control, CCTV and Voice and Data Infrastructure. Good Communication Skill Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to work under pressure. Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport. Well dressed and presentable Valid cv and references Key Duties & Responsibilities Implementing and Coordinating resources Able to action and report on outcome/feedback. Developing relationships Analytical thinking Results Orientated SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored recommendations. Product Expertise Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to ensure they receive the right products in the right quantities. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the solutions process. Resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Working Conditions Working hours are 08h00 to 16h30, Monday to Friday Customer visitations as and when required.
