The salary range for this role is $88,000- 115,000/year + Bonus.
The Solutions Consultant, Verified Voices will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales cycle through articulating and demonstrating how Numerator surveys and panel provide visibility, insights, efficiencies, and financial value for the CPG industry, General Merchandise, and Retailers. This includes the ability to discuss, collect, and understand the business requirements, determine the optimal solution(s) and approach to meet and exceed these requirements, propose alternative solutions when requirements cannot be fully met, handle objections, demonstrate relevant real-world use cases and advanced concepts within the solution itself, and estimate and articulate the expected business value resulting from partnering with Numerator. The Solutions Consultant will possess a wealth of knowledge and survey industry experience upon which to rely not only to solve these complex business issues but also to build credibility with the prospective customer. Ultimately, Solutions Consultants work with the Sales Directors to drive successful conversion of prospects to customers and engage with existing customers to expand their relationships and maintain a current perspective of industry issues, trends, and solutions.
How You'll Spend Your Time:
+ Ensure Numerator’s survey solutions are presented in ways that highlight our competitive differentiation.
+ Understand prospective customer business processes, solution needs, and how Numerator surveys are the best solution to drive value in these areas.
+ Build and present a survey approach to address client needs.
+ Execute feasibility assessment for retailer, brand, and category coverage.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, Sales Directors, Solutions Consultants throughout the sales cycle.
+ Support the sales team in developing proposals for customers related to survey analyses.
+ Work with strategic customers and Numerator’s leadership to identify and prioritize new solutions and enhanced capabilities within the survey business.
+ Share product and industry insights with Product Management.
+ Travel, as required, to support the above responsibilities.
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Master’s degree a plus).
+ 5+ years of quantitative survey research experience, at least a portion of that time spent in a business development scoping role and with a proven track record of success.
+ An understanding of both syndicated and household panel data (NielsenIQ, Circana)
+ Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
+ Ability to think strategically about client business issues and design quantitative survey research to address the questions at hand.
+ Able to develop strong client relationships.

+ Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis applications is required.
+ Proficiency in PowerPoint or other presentation applications is required.
+ Strong organizational skills.
