What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing Spain team. 

Day to Day You’ll Be:

Understands, defines, and influences how TU products and solutions address critical client issues and contributes as needed in account managementImprove the sales team’s understanding of TU’s solutions, their applicability to opportunities and the value to customers in order to improve early-stage client discussions and opportunity identificationLeverages internal and external data to understand the market and client-level performance from team’s engagement in salesStays current on competitive landscape, works with the product marketing group to capture and document competitor’s capabilities and future plansCommunicates the narrative on how solutions add value, contributes to strategic engagement documents, and influences client materialsAware of pipeline; prioritizes opportunities to support product(s) revenue target achievement; align with vertical markets product goalsCritical accelerator and enabler of revenue, particularly adoption of new innovative solutions and shifting market share from competitor solutionsDirects the client engagement and solutions selling approach to be a credible, integrated partnership with clients on the adoption of our products and solutions.Develops guidelines, processes, and procedures for assigned functional area(s)

Essential Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceTrack record years of strategic fraud experience ‘mandatory’ with previous experience in Consulting, fraud management, fraud strategy or similarAbility to travel up to 25%Demonstrated deep knowledge of fraud trends, customer’s critical business issues, competitors, and implications to TU’s key markets.  Ability to discuss fraud trends at a strategic level that compels and challenges senior leadersStrong understanding of European Regulations regarding verification, data processing and authenticationKnowledge and experience using existing market Fraud prevention solutionsDemonstrated executive presence and ability to engage at all levels of customers organization from executive level to working teamsWriting/narrative skills and experience with preparing and delivering confident customer presentations and leading/facilitating client interactionsStrong collaboration with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset and demonstrated skills in evaluating situations and identifying multiple solutions

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
