The Solutions Consultant is the member of the team responsible for architecting, configuring and managing project initializations of the DataServ (DS) Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This position is accountable for ensuring quality initializations while meeting project deadlines and is responsible for several projects simultaneously. The Solutions Consultant analyzes and recommends solutions for DataServ clients throughout the world, as well as internal departments to implement the DS solution. This position supports the Sales team in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role. The Solutions Consultant acts as the Tier 3 level of escalation for client issues from the Client Success/Production Support Groups.
