Your Impact

As a Solutions Consultant with OpenText, you will be primarily responsible for supporting our European LegalTech sales team across various aspects of the sales process. You will be providing technical assistance and subject matter expertise to convince prospects and customers with value-based proposals of OpenText LegalTech industry leading solutions. This position is based in the UK.

 

What the role offers

Providing technical support and sales expertise to pre-sales and post-sales situations within a designated sales region (Europe)Formulating technical strategies and tactics for sales in support of OpenText products and services and functioning as an integral part of the sales teamTechnically qualifying sales opportunities via discovery calls and meetingsUnderstanding customer business issues, mapping them to the technical solution and providing a roadmap for the customer’s successProviding ad hoc and custom demonstrations of the OpenText product setPresenting technical features and business benefits of the OpenText product set

 

What you need to succeed:

Minimum of a BS in Computer Science or other related field or equivalent technical experience Experience in electronic discovery / eDisclosureExperience in a customer-facing technical rolePrevious experience working with OpenText LegalTech products preferred (such as Axcelerate)Excellent customer relations including written and oral communications skills in English Additional European language capabilities such as Spanish, Portuguese, etc. highly desired
