Reporting to the Solutions Consultant Manager, our Solutions Consultants (SC) are a crucial part of Paylocity’s sales organization, driving a large portion of our revenue. In this position, you must share our passion for technology and service to convey those to prospective clients. The ideal SC is a self-motivated, collaborative, and persuasive individual whose primary responsibility is to uncover challenges prospective clients face while positioning Paylocity’s solutions to fill those needs.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Paylocity's products and servicesUnderstand prospects requirements and provide tailored solutionPresent Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions to help increase sales performancePartner with Account Executives to conduct an in-depth discovery callConduct an engaging, concise and tailored product demonstration while tying back information learned in the analysis call to establish the buyer connection to help win the business. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in dealing with a field based, fast paced sales force. This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a variable commission plan, quarterly bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual and company performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
