Role Objective: The Presales consultant will be required to Lead & Manage Networking Solution for medium & Large Size enterprises, PSU’s & Government Networking Opportunities and Tender cases.
Proven track record in Pre-Sales, IT Outsourcing, Solution design and Network Architecting.
Core Competence in the area of Solutions for Networking Infrastructure (Datacentre, Campus Networking, SDWAN, Wireless Infrastructure, Perimeter security & Pasive Infrastructure etc.).
Self-motivated individual with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, flexibility and teamwork capabilities.
Experience in Solution Architecture and proven ability to design complex networking solutions with capability to represent USP in competitive scenario..
The individual is responsible in providing Network -Wireless Infrastructure, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Load Balancing, IPv6, Datacentre, network security & related passive solution and subject matter expertise within the presales/sales campaign.
To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to designing a solution.
Work with OEM vendors (Extreme Networks, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, CommScope are preferred & Fortinet, Radware, F5, Solarwind, Everest etc. are added advantage) and develop technical peer relationships.
Understanding of Networking Protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS etc), Campus SDN Solutions (SDA, Campus Fabrics etc), Datacentre Technologies (VXLAN, VTEP, IP Fabric, EVPN etc.), Wireless Standards (WIFI 6, WIFI 6E, WIFI 7 etc.).
Assist the sales team in qualification, pursuit and closing of opportunities.
Promote the Network portfolio consists of Wired & Wireless LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Datacentre with the customer, positioning best fit solutions that meet/enhance the clients IT Infrastructure.
Develops, monitors client relationships and status of ongoing engagements, pipelines and other opportunities.
The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments in field of IT Networking & Datacentre Solution.
Assess risks imposed by technical solutions and advise clients of Network, Wireless Datacentre standards, best practices, and solutions to address client’s needs.
Collect and determine information/data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
Architect solutions and respond to proposals for enterprise customers, meeting basic requirements and also identifying and proposing transformation solutions.
Consult with internal delivery groups to validate solutions and effort estimates, develop cost models and work through governance forums for solution review and approval.
Work closely with the technical community to ensure that technical knowledge is maintained and that project work can be accurately scoped.
Proactively shares knowledge with the team and supports development of junior team members.
Participates in project-specific technical discussion with internal team and Client.
Working with the central bid office, take technical responsibility for responses to large RFI/RFPs
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure landscape (Networks, Datacentre, SDWAN, NMS and End User Networking) /Business Finance Understanding and acumen.
Product OEM and Partner Relationship Management Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Financial acumen/deal structuring.
Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
Strong industry experience, especially across India market
