Solutions Director
Establishes and implements strategies to identify and address delivery issues. Directs the development, implementation, and execution of programs, policies and systems, which protect company assets and minimizes risk exposure, thereby enhancing profitability. Responsible for overseeing administration of the ASM Corporate Shared Services Center (CSSC). + Identifies and reports all performance risks/issues on contracts and formulates an action plan for recovery. + Addresses customer delivery issues to the satisfaction of the customer and maintains quality of delivery by monitoring and measuring performance and delivery of solutions. + Identifies causes, gathers and processes relevant information, generates possible solutions, and makes recommendations and/or resolves the problem + Anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parameters + Oversees administration of the ASM Corporate Shared Services Center (CSSC). + Overall responsibility for leading the program, department, or functional area as designated. Oversees, directs, and mentors subordinate staff; communicates job expectations and enforces organizational policies, procedures and core values; responsible for recruiting staff, approving timecards, and conducting performance reviews and disciplinary measures. **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Program Management or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in government contracting with 7+ years of management experience **Other Job Specific Skills** + Ability to convey concepts and present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language + Speaks, listens and writes in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques + Excellent time management and organizational capabilities + Ability to think outside the box in finding solutions to various business issues + Strong business acumen - understands business implications of decisions + High level of integrity and dependability. + Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills + Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning + Must be a strategic thinker that contributes to moving the organization forward, sets goals, creates and implements action plans, and evaluates the process and results + Knowledge of government contracting rules and regulations **Compensation Ranges** Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role.
