You will work on the account team supporting Comcast including NBC Universal, and Sky, and use your experience and expertise to build Cisco's relevance in delivering solution development, partner ecosystem, and more. You will coordinate with internal specialists and product owners inside Cisco, teaming with an account manager with whom you will jointly engage with the customer, finding ways to pursue your customer's concerns and challenges, and will make customers more agile, improve your career, and bring groundbreaking technology into the light.
Your Impact Be a consultative technical seller, evangelist, and storyteller, partnering with Account Executives to drive business and growth opportunities on the Comcast account, working with sales and SE specialists and other internal resources.Drive demand generation activitiesUnderstanding customer requirements and mapping technical solutions to meet their needsPresent solutions and perform product demos and Proof of Concept labs, virtual and at customer locations.Maintaining competitive knowledge to strategically position Cisco’s products and servicesFollowing market transition and industry trends to anticipate customer needsMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years of validated experience with on-prem data center architecture, deployment, and/or operations as well as cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).Extensive skills and knowledge in networking protocols, network management, and automation technologies.Pre-sales experiencePreferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skillsUnderstanding of competitive networking & compute products (HPE, Dell, Arista, etc.)BS/BA or relevant experienceCritical thinking to address customer concerns and to support customer business growth.Ability to manage numerous projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and have a customer focus mentalityCisco and non-Cisco Certifications a plus (CCIE, CCDE, CCNP, DevNet, AWS, Google, Terraform)API and programmability knowledge is a plus#WeAreCisco#WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
