The majority of our customers are financial institutions like banks and credit unions - but not only. This role is suitable for unique people who have both solid hands-on technical experience and great customer-facing skills.Responsibilities:Leading implementations and other technical projects, enabling BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications. Working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.Contributing to our documentation, leading workshops, and helping to improve our processes and practices.Onboarding our customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions.Working with cross functional teams to overcome integration challenges with our customers' web/mobile applications.Managing complex projects according to desired timelines.
