Your ImpactAs a Solutions Engineer, you will become a Trusted Advisor and advocate for your customers, developing a technical relationship every day. You will:Collaborate on building network strategies with customers.Help customers understand Cisco's Campus and Branch Network portfolio, aligning these with their business needs.Promote and showcase Cisco solutions in a pre-sales technical role.Craft and configure solutions and products to meet specific customer needs.Possess Campus and Branch Network knowledge set across SD-WAN, Routing, Switching, SDN, Automation and Wireless.
Minimum Qualifications10+ years of pre-sales experience in networking / telecommunications / wireless industries.Understanding of networking technologies (ex. Branch and Campus connectivity technologies, including SD-WAN, Wireless, Automation, Switching, Routing, and Orchestration).BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.Korean language fluency required.
Preferred QualificationsCCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or similar vendor certifications are highly regarded.Cisco product experience or knowledge.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess problems and resolve them effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively as a team member and with cross-functional teams.
