Summary:

The TransPerfect Technology division is looking for motivated ambitious technical talent for its Professional Services group. Solution Engineers lead implementations of the GlobalLink Suite and the integrations with its ecosystem, including Machine Translation, CMS, eCommerce and Marketing platforms to name a few. Our team works with both internal and external clients that vary between system integrators, enterprise solution teams, business users, and linguists. 

 

Due to the wide and varied nature of client architectures, Solution Engineers gain expertise in a wide variety of applications such as Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Drupal, and Episerver, often working in tandem with consulting engineers from these companies.

 

Solutions Engineers are technical experts, great communicators, who are self-motivated action-takers, as we innovate to deliver leading-edge, world-class translation software solutions to help clients deliver in international markets.

 

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise level clients of our GlobalLink suite of products• Coordinates installations, configurations and upgrades of new and existing technology products• Gathers client requirements in order to craft and document technology solutions• Executes technology solution all the way through development, testing, QA and launch• Assists clients to “language enable” their content management systems• Serves as point of escalation for any client support issues• Coordinates tasks between client and language services teams• Assists Product Management by communicating client requirements that need to become new features and bugs that need to be addressed• Ensure client launch deadlines are met, and that proper risk analysis is performed• Manage multiple clients at different stages of the implementation cycle in parallel

 

 

About You

As a Solutions Engineer you are a:

You experience includes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university• Experience in web technologies (web servers, application servers etc.)• Experience with Linux and MySQL or equivalent• Experience with product management techniques• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills• Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management skills• Strong documentation skillsAbout Us:
