What You Will Be Doing:Work in conjunction with the Solutions Architects team to gather and analyze configuration requirements from clientsDraft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysisEnsure the deadlines for implementation are metCoordinate the installation, set-up and upgrade of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integratorsCoordinate and verify the configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirementsAct as the primary technical point of contact and point of technical escalation for both internal teams and external clientsAssist the support team with any client configuration issuesBe involved in the lifecycle of GlobalLink products by working closely with the Product Management team, reporting client technical issues and requesting new functionalities for products based on direct client exposureAssist clients with the coordination of GlobalLink connectors upgradesBecome the spokesperson of the team for one or more of the GlobalLink products if desiredDeploy, troubleshoot and upgrade the GlobalLink suite of productsCreate custom reports for clients in MySQLMentor new team members as neededPrepare trainings and procedures to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workProvide trainings as needed to clientsContribute to internal projectsComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the supervisor

The TransPerfect Technology division is looking for motivated ambitious technical talent for its Professional Services group. As part of one of TransPerfect’s fastest-growing divisions, this position will give any successful applicant an incredible opportunity for career advancement as well as many exciting possible career paths.

Solution Engineers lead implementations of the GlobalLink Suite and the integrations with its ecosystem, including Machine Translation, CMS, eCommerce and Marketing platforms to name a few. Our team works with both internal and external clients that vary between system integrators, enterprise solution teams, business users, and linguists.

Due to the wide and varied nature of client architectures, Solution Engineers gain expertise in a wide variety of applications such as Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Drupal, and Episerver, often working in tandem with consulting engineers from these companies.

Solutions Engineers are technical experts, great communicators, who are self-motivated action-takers, as we innovate to deliver leading-edge, world-class translation software solutions to help clients deliver in international markets

Your experience includes:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalentMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing roleProject management and client solution implementation experienceExperience troubleshooting technical issues and reading logsExperience working with web technologies (web servers, application servers, Tomcat, etc.)Experience with LinuxUnderstanding of and/or exposure to Web Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.), eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP [Hybris], Magento, etc.) and other Content Management Systems (Veeva, Contentful, etc.)
