As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between the technical and sales teams, designing, demonstrating, and implementing tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with prospects and customers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that address their unique challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clients’ technical and business requirements to propose optimal solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective technical strategies.
Design and deliver demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and prototypes.
Integrate solutions with clients’ existing systems and technologies.
Support technical teams during the implementation and deployment phases, addressing any technical issues.
Create detailed technical documentation and provide training for internal and external stakeholders.
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.
Desired ProfileEducation:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
5 of experience in solution engineering, technical architecture, or pre-sales support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in [programming languages such as Python, Java, etc.].
Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
