Come prepared to be encouraged and inspired. * Translate complex technical concepts into simple and understandable terms for diverse audiences. * Solution selling in a technology environment. * Designing and architecting solutions that meet customer needs. * Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Minimum Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or similar technical customer-facing role. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Experience in conducting needs assessments and crafting tailored solutions Preferred Qualifications * Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work * Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable * Other relevant industry-recognized certifications are highly regarded #WeAreCisco (This is the Standard and cannot be changed) #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
