As a Solutions Engineer, you will oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of Toptracer hardware with client infrastructures. You'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, identify any gaps between their needs and Toptracer system functionalities, and define solutions to bridge these gaps.
In this client-facing role, you'll provide technical consultation, guide infrastructure improvements, and communicate site limitations to internal stakeholders. This position requires up to 50% travel across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Client Collaboration
Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.Provide technical consultations to maximize the value of Toptracer technology for clients.Solution Design and Implementation
Develop detailed 2D/3D site plans using SketchUp to meet client specifications.Design and implement technical solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.Advise clients on electrical and networking requirements to optimize system performance.Technical Support
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support during and post-installation.Collaborate with national and international teams to resolve complex technical challenges.Stay updated on the latest Toptracer technologies and industry advancements to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in SketchUp for technical design and site planning.Strong knowledge of electrical systems (both high and low voltage), computer networking (fiber and Ethernet), and system integration.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Proven experience in technical consultation and client-facing roles.Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that balance technical requirements, environmental factors, and client needs.ADA
