Atlassian is looking for an awesome Solutions Engineer passionate about solving our hardest customer problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. You will partner with both the enterprise sales team and regional channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian's customers, strategise on how to navigate scenarios, provide compelling demonstrations, and close business.
What You’ll Do:
Investigate, discover, and assess client concerns; map their requirements to Atlassian capabilities
Configure and deliver tailored presentations & demos; communicate the value of the Atlassian platform
Be a technical leader and trusted advisor to our largest clients
Partner with Sales Teams to develop compelling account strategies, helping Atlassian to achieve revenue goals
Partner with Product Management to identify areas of opportunity for Atlassian's product line
Provide expertise across: representing Atlassian at conferences and collaborating on white papers
Some work travel may be required
Your Background:
Both guide and learn from all of us on the Solutions Engineering team
Have experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity
Collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams to provide winning solutions
Be technically minded or have experience working with technology
Be comfortable in a multi-functional context, working with executives or getting into the details with technical audiences

Familiarity with Scaled Agile, ITSM or DevOps solution spaces
Experience in working with South East Asian customers
Business proficiency in a South East Asian language (Bahasa Indonesian, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese etc.)
Knowledge of how software is defined, built, and deployed
Prior use of Atlassian products
