For more information, please visit www.biocatch.comAbout the RoleBioCatch is seeking a senior-level, customer-facing Solutions Engineer & Threat Analytics Consultant to support our growing presence in Japan. This hybrid role combines technical engineering leadership, fraud domain expertise, and strategic pre-sales consulting to support BioCatch’s mission to protect the world’s leading financial institutions from fraud and financial crime.You’ll lead technical discovery and solution design during the sales process, manage implementations of BioCatch’s behavioral biometrics solutions, and provide ongoing optimization and fraud advisory to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead pre-sales activities: discovery, demos, PoCs, RFIs/RFPs, and solution scoping with sales teams and prospects.Design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs across web and mobile channels.Manage end-to-end implementation and integration of BioCatch SDKs and APIs.Build trusted relationships with customers—from fraud teams to C-level—guiding them through best practices and solution adoption.Analyze fraud detection performance and behavioral patterns using SQL/Python, and recommend improvements.Act as a fraud SME, advising on threats like ATO, remote access scams, and mule detection.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to enhance customer outcomes and inform roadmap.
