As a Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Global S&S Sales Leader and you’ll work remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n\n\tLead and manage a team of HGR sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets\n\tDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas\n\tGrow a portfolio of key accounts to sell both our Voice Automated Solutions, adjacent Software Solutions and Services\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions\n\tAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support\n\tProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership\n\tResponsible to work closely with regional leadership in the regions and align on the regional forecast outlooks to roll up into the global S&S forecast\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management\n\tProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities\n\tAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders\n\n\n
