About the RoleThis role will be based in a hybrid/remote working capacity, and we are fully encouraging of flexible working arrangements.You will join a highly motivated and diverse Learning & Development team that operates globally and hence gives you the opportunity to get along with professionals from various geographies and cultural backgrounds.As a Training/Development Coordinator, you will play a key role enabling the Global Sales & Customer Success employees and partners, so they successfully interact with customers and achieve their transformation and business objectives.You will coordinate, support, and Manage relevant, timely, and engaging learning programs alongside the Learning Programs Manager.Area of ResponsibilityUndertake effective requirements gathering activity alongside the Learning Programs Manager to understand purpose, deliverables, and learning objectives of your learning programsCollaborate with the Learning Programs Manager to establish timelines and vital processes for your learning programs!Manage program development and stakeholder communications through a program management toolSupport Learning Programs Manager with administrative details for set up and delivery of learning programsDevelop program support materials required to operationalize the programWork with the Learning & Development Operations leader and team to prepare, plan, implement and supervise the feedback about and impact of the learning programsUse feedback to evaluate and make improvements to learning programs!Regularly engage with stakeholders and Learning Programs Manager to proactively plan for upcoming enablement needsCollaborate with colleagues to manage the availability of relevant enablement on the Learning Management SystemServe as administrative assistant for virtual live-delivery sessions, as needed (typically held at 8am Eastern Time)Your Qualifications & ExperienceBasic understanding of Adult Learning PrinciplesBasic understanding of Learning and Development design, delivery, and managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliar with the functionalities of Learning Management Systems, their benefits and constraints, and the execution of learning through Learning Management SystemsAbility to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and individualsSelf-starter who can show initiative and work autonomouslyWillingness and drive to learn and developKnowledge of Microsoft 365 Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Proficient in written and spoken English, any other language skill is a plusGraduate / Post Graduate in any stream having relevant work experienceDesired BehaviourAwareness of, and willingness to work in, a multi-cultural environment across time zonesWilling to work across time zones and in extended hours as neededWe are Siemens.A collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
