JOB SUMMARY
This position will work as part of the Supply Chain Transformation vCommand Team and perform Supply Chain analytics, developing dashboards & metrics to monitor, alert, recommend, and orchestrate the business activity, in collaboration with our supply chain team. The role will also explore our BI tool features & functionality & roadmap and identify opportunities to enhance the user experience & document recommendations for growth & expansion to improve delivery to our global supply chain community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive Supply Chain dashboards & analytics development
Work with cross functional experts to collect requirements for analysis and KPI identification
Implement KPI dashboards designed to provide summary level information to relevant SCM group
Generate and analyze data related to materials functions within the Workcell(s) and make recommendations for improvements.
Use AMP metrics to help drive improvement of both raw data and provide actions for each group
Work with IT to transition dashboards into established IT platform.
Drive new content introduction & processes providing documentation and or training as required.
Compile data and other information into clear, organized reports and communicate it to cross-functional team and customer.
Become an expert on new content & processes
Create workflow documents to assist training and development for all users
Ensure analysis accuracy and consistency
Work with data owners as required, identifying data discrepancies & maintaining validation rules
Drive BI tool exploration into business value opportunities
Explore features & functionality available within the AWS & Quicksight platform to improve user experience
Explore opportunities to improve speed & reusability
Exploration of BI tool AI capabilities
Analzye QuickSight Q for GenBI use case validity
Explore Amazon’s roadmap in the GenAI, GenBI space for use case feasibility
Ensure deadlines are clearly defined, communicated and achieved Seek out necessary experts to assist in resolving any delays to the deadline
Ensure projects drive improvement towards Jabil’s top corporate initiatives
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Strong and persuasive presentation skills with ability to win customer’s confidence as an expert in Supply Chain tools, Metrics and dashboard design

Strong Project management skills
Expert level user of Microsoft office & adaptability to quickly learn new software packages. Programming experience will be a significant advantage
Fluency in English (speaking, written and reading).
Ability to prepare and present Supply Chain presentations.
Ability to effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Strong and persuasive presentation skills.
Ability to win customers’ confidence as an expert in logistics and SC design.
Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, prioritize and reprioritize workload.
Global experience and global outlook.
Advanced PC skills, including strong spreadsheet capability.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference and algebra.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions. Percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited data exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and email skills required
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 2 years work related experience required, preferably in supply chain.
Two years of data processing, analysis and tool development experience in multiple supply chain areas.
Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
