Solutions Lead - Business Process and Change 122155 Zurich is looking for a Solutions Lead – Business Process and Change to join the Business Transformation team. This is a remote role reporting to the AVP, Integrated Solutions & Services. This is a senior-level consultant position focused on telling the story of the impact of change and identifying future improvement opportunities through analyzing data, synthesizing feedback, and developing insights. These insights will be used to influence business stakeholders to drive sustainable performance improvements across the business. May lead multiple projects of moderate to large size and complexity; may coordinate other consultants participating in assigned projects. Takes a proactive and holistic approach to business practices and processes, including identifying opportunities for improvement, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and aligning appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SME) and resources needed from across the business to execute change. Responsible for planning, managing, tracking, and executing projects that deliver high quality and timely results to the business. Partners across the business to identify, develop, and implement change management strategies; acts as a change agent in the implementation of initiatives that support strategic and operational priorities. In this role you will: + Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative data to extract knowledge and insights. + Select data samples and analyze collected information according to established methods/procedures. + Prepare data analysis reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids to identify trends and recommend actions needed. + Collaborate with business and functional areas to understand and interpret data results to understand the story behind the numbers and to influence outcomes. + Builds strong relationships across the business. + Utilize business, technology, organizational change, and collaborative skills to work with business owners and cross-functional resources to develop and deploy implementation strategies and deliverables. + Provide project planning and status reporting for assigned large and complex projects. + Apply knowledge of the business objectives, processes, products, and services to develop recommendations for new programs and/or initiatives to solve complex business challenges. + Provides consultation, including, process analysis, identifying and designing business solutions, issue resolution. + Coordinate planning, facilitate meetings, and monitor decisions throughout the Execution Framework Process.   Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area OR + High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area OR + Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area AND + Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management. + Experience in the application of existing and/or change management methodologies and tools. + Project management experience. Preferred Qualifications: + Demonstrated experience with having project and stakeholder management skills, ability to develop collaborative relationship. + Ability to inform and influence, through clear and concise verbal and written communication, across the organization at all levels and externally (e.g., customers / brokers / distributors). + Data analytics/interpretation, data visualization background. + Strong Excel and Power BI skills. + Familiarity with Business Objects. + Background of taking data and deriving insights, interpreting data, and drawing conclusions. + Adaptable, open to change. + Agility, willingness to act with empowerment / sense of urgency. + Process-oriented (connect the dots, follows-up). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Broad-based knowledge of insurance industry including knowledge of insurance business processes and processing. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled.
