In the role of Solutions Manager, you will collaborate across the business to find solutions and alternatives to business challenges (including global opportunities). Seek out systems and operational solutions that can be leveraged to meet business requirements. Engage the business client early and effectively build solid cross-functional relationships with impacted stakeholders as key business direction is determined. Create and maintain documentation to support proposed solutions. Serve as key stakeholder for partner and/or business team related projects. Communicate updates and progress to all stakeholders.
This position follows a Hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week at our Cambridge, Ontario location.
Key Responsibilities/What you will do:
Identify opportunities to enhance technical systems, operational processes to support partner and business needs. Translate and align client and market requirements to current scalable capabilities where possible. Develop expertise around current platform systems to explain the benefit, dependencies, and impacts of change projects. Clearly document and maintain current and proposed technical and business solutions for a wide range of audiences (clients, system users, business team, etc.) Evaluate a solution’s complexity, scalability and business impact to support prioritization and alignment with strategic plans. Serve as a liaison and escalation point for PMO and IT teams to support new technical enhancements, troubleshoot existing applications, and ensure internal business teams and partners are aligned on solutions. Explain and present technical and operational business solutions to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Accountable for gathering, analyzing, translating, and documenting partner and project requirements. Able to clearly and concisely communicate project requirements to drive successful execution. Collaborate with marketing analysts to ensure proper data elements are being documented for partner requirements.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum Five (5) years of experience with demonstrated success in managing projects that cross multiple lines of business and/or clients. Experience driving change to platform systems and business processes. Strong communicator (both oral and written) Database querying (e.g.: SQL) or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and present data. Experience with implementing API integrations preferred. Project Management skills with experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Experience with Project Management tools like JIRA or MS Project to streamline workflow and team collaboration. Proficiency in using SOAP UI or Postman to test, validate and document APIs for seamless integration of technical solutions. Stakeholder management expertise. Proven ability to balance conflicting priorities and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders across functional areas. Experience in using Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar Customer Relationship Management platform a plus.
