Job Summary

As a Security Solution Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of security projects and services, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with organizational goals. You will lead a team of security consultants, manage project portfolios, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Security Solution Delivery Managers will oversee multiple engagements and/or workstreams of large-scale programs. They manage senior level client relationships, end-to-end delivery and financial management.

As a Security Solutions Manager specializing in OEM security, you will design and deploy security solutions using OEM technologies, provide expert guidance on these tools, and consult with clients to address their specific security needs. Your role involves managing projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting incident response, and delivering training and ongoing support. Staying updated with emerging trends and continuously improving security solutions will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security solutions by correlating OEM technologies tailored to the client’s needs, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and solutions. Provide expert guidance on various OEM security tools and platforms, helping clients leverage these technologies to enhance their security posture. Engage with clients to understand their security challenges and requirements, offering tailored recommendations and solutions to address their specific needs. Oversee the execution of security projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and are completed on time. Ensure that security solutions and practices comply with industry regulations and standards. Advise clients on best practices for maintaining compliance. Assist clients in managing and responding to security incidents involving OEM technologies, including investigating issues and implementing remediation strategies. Develop and deliver training programs for client teams on the use of OEM security tools and practices, providing ongoing support as needed. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in OEM security technologies, continuously seeking ways to enhance and refine security solutions. Serve as a Security Architect and/or manage Security Architects to provide unified OEM solutions based on customer requirements and industry best practices.

Delivery Functions:

Ensures all contract deliverables are met within the timelines specified in the Statement of Work. Owns responsibility for customer engagement as the primary point of contact for the customer during project execution. Collaborates with the customer to define project success criteria and clearly communicate those goals to the team. Reviews progress toward those goals on a regular basis by determining specific metrics that the team should gather and report. Holds teams accountable for achieving goals. Ensures that project risks are identified, tracked, and communicated with the customer on a regular basis. Where possible, implement mitigation strategies. Escalates risks to leadership as appropriate if there are indications that targets will not be reached. Coordinates dependencies and assess risks across multi-team engagements (if applicable). Serves as a liaison between the delivery team and support teams. Removes roadblocks for the team as needed.

EDR/XDR platforms (Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, etc) SIEM and related technologies (Splunk, Elastic, Kabana, Cribl, Logstash, etc) SSE/SASE technologies (Zscaler, NetSkope, etc) Automation and/or orchestration solutions / SOAR
