About the role
The IT Services Sales Consultants are empowered to grow and improve customer relationships.
They work to find opportunities within their current customer base and find the benefits from the several marketing activities sponsored by Computacenter to grow their book of business. They engage face-to-face with customers through a consultative sales approach to develop business plans to satisfy the needs of the customer. This role is focused on IT Infrastructure services.
What you'll be doing
Driving opportunities and deals including bringing in the right people and expertise. Focusing on increasing IT services revenue. Providing oversight for pre-sales deals (engaging the Solution Architects & Post-Sales Team as needed). Collaborating with the Pre-Sales Engineering Teams to develop final quotes and proposals. Attending customer opportunity / strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategy for the company and customer. Working with peers to advise and recommend on future technology and services. Researching technology and promoting Computacenter’s offerings. Engaging in and managing customer demonstrations and Proofs of Concept Playing a pivotal role in ensuring end to end delivery to client.
