The vertical estate on the majestic harbour, Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking intuitive, engaging and impassioned Associates to embark on a Rosewood Journey with us.
Essential duties and responsibilitiesAssist the Wine Director and wine team in monitoring all wine and beverage related mattersServe wine orders in a professional manner following the hotel standard proceduresResponsible for the recommendation and sales of wines and other beverages to guestsCarry out monthly stock control, inventory. Update continuously all stock formsAssist in the floor operations of the outletRequirementsMinimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as sommelier, with at least 2 years in similar capacityGood in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantageExcellent food and beverage knowledgeHigh standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills Holder of WSET Certificate is preferred. With strong knowledge in beverage
