アンダーズホテルのワインの仕入れ、品質管理、ゲストリクエストに基づいたワインの提供、コーディネート、料飲スタッフへのワインの教育 等

Purchase and quality control of wines for Andaz Hotels .
Coordination of wine offerings based on guest requests.
Training of food and beverage staff on wine .

●ビジネスレベル以上の日本語、英語の語学力
●いずれかの国でのソムリエ資格の取得者 もしくは WSETレベル3以上の取得者
●ソムリエのコンペティションなどへの参加意欲のある方
