Sonographer - Part Time - Chula Vista

New Hire Incentive available up to $2,000 for those who qualify.

This is a Part-Time position (40 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour varied evening shift (1500-2330). The schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays, with one varied day, and requires at least 2 call shifts per month. This position is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Chula Vista.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be met:​

Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)​Must remain in original department/specialty​Must remain in original Job Title​Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

One of the following is required: 1) Associate of Science Degree Certification in Ultrasound in a school that is accredit. 2) Successful completion of a formal educational program in an AMA approved school of ultrasound with a minimum of 500 hours of clinical in the specialty required. 3) Registered in the specialty that you are applied for by ARDMS or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with at least 1 year of full-time experience required ARDMS or CCIBLS from the American Heart AssociationARDMS or CCI

Preferred Qualifications:

·2 years’ experience in an acute care setting

Required Qualifications:
