**Job Title: Sorter** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Sorter to organize and sort supply rooms and med rooms. This role involves decluttering, sorting, and maximizing storage space, creating efficient layouts, and implementing storage and stocking solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure easy access to various materials and supplies by categorizing items and selecting appropriate containers and organizers. Additionally, you will design systems to maintain order and use computer applications, such as Excel, to document processes and storage plans. **Responsibilities** + Organize and sort supply rooms and med rooms. + Declutter, sort, and maximize storage space. + Create efficient layouts and implement storage solutions. + Stock store rooms and storage areas. + Ensure easy access to materials and supplies. + Categorize items and select appropriate containers/organizers. + Design systems to maintain order. + Document processes and storage plans using computer and Excel. + Apply 5S principles (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain). + Clean and set up materials for proper inventory and stocking. + Manage supply and stock rooms. + Be on feet frequently, walking and using stairs, and able to lift 20 pounds. **Essential Skills** + Detail-oriented and organized. + Proficient with computers, especially Excel. + Experience in stocking, sorting, and organizing supply and med rooms. + Knowledge of 5S principles (sort, set, shine). + General labor experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work efficiently and independently. + Strong communication skills. + Physical ability to walk frequently, use stairs, and lift 20 pounds. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values organization and efficiency, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
