YOUR ROLE Execute day to day activities for Source-to-Pay Indirect Materials & Services (IMS) Ordering by managing purchase orders in ARIBA; Ensuring compliance with the company’s Purchasing policies
Assist customers/ users in ARIBA system navigation and troubleshooting; Coordinate with vendors for orders placed
Manage business partners through governance calls and tools/ process pulse checks
Perform continuous improvement tasks that will improve the process YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Purchasing from a shared service or GBS environment
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI is required; Background in using SAP, ARIBA, Macro is highly preferred
Proficient English communication skills and with critical thinking abilities Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
