Key Responsibilities:The Sourcer will have a unique opportunity to craft and deliver innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract highly sought-after active & passive talent. Serves as a true business partner to the greater Talent Acquisition team by actively engaging with the talent market and our external partnerships, building and nurturing diverse candidate pipelines, and sharing imperative market intelligence to help us better understand the passive talent market’s story.
Support with the creation of sourcing strategies for assigned business vertical(s), and complete those plans to identify and evaluate potential candidates, ultimately contributing to a steady pipeline of diverse talent for key roles Assist in the identification and implementation of key strategies and partnerships to include, but not limited to, professional associations, diversity recruitment conferences, community outreach programs and events, industry networking events and associations, etc. Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation, and convert hard-to-find passive talent by understanding both the business and employee value proposition Perform primary research and talent market analysis to help our team better understand key external market trends and advise current and future talent acquisition strategy Leverage technology resources for flawless talent relationship management activities: utilize campaign management, lead tracking, and identify & continuously engage with leads, referrals, and other potential prospects Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, techniques and technologies, including social media and Boolean search, to scan through publicly accessible databases and code repositories Assess and track metrics tied to recruiting efforts. Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and propose solutions to adjust as needed to ensure alignment on key prioritiesUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
