The Sourcer is responsible for sourcing new candidates and building internal pipelines for a variety of positions. This position will also work closely with management to make sure all job descriptions are up to date and accurate.

Job Responsibilities 

Source for positions across all locations and departments, at all levels of staff / management; common positions include, but are not limited to, nursing faculty, allied health, operations and corporate positionsLeverage the provided online recruiting resources as well as use creative search techniquesWork with Recruiters and meet weekly to access and source for their immediate needsManage and coordinate communication with candidatesBuild pipeline by adding candidates to the Applicant Tracking SystemMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on recruiting activities, including up-to-date process and procedure documents for the departmentWork with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of the company cultureCreate, send, and manage messaging to potential candidates using Recruitment CRMWork with Leadership on creating, managing and keeping accurate company Job DescriptionsParticipate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective candidate sourcing strategiesStay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practicesOther duties as assigned

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or 4+ years Recruitment/Sourcing ExperienceKnowledge of recruiting components and familiar with a variety of resume databasesMinimum 2-3 years of experience as a Coordinator, Recruiter or SourcerAbility to work in an environment where the work can be repetitivePossess strong project management skills
