We are seeking a talented Sourcer / Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to support the company's ongoing growth and success. This is a contract position offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organisation.
What you'll be doing
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and assessment procedures.
• Management of candidates in our system (Avature) and planners e.g. updating of statuses, schedules and feedback
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
• Utilize market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
What we're looking for
• Has an experience in technical sourcing or recruitment catering Operations and support function roles
• Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
• Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill openings
• Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates
• Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and soft qualities
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well
