In this role, you’ll build and execute targeted sourcing plans, identify and qualify prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions. You'll have a client-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with talent acquisition leaders, managers and recruiters. You’ll manage multiple searches supporting several recruiters at any one time.
