Job Title: Sourcing Analyst
Job Description
The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, partnering with stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships. This role involves negotiating cost-saving programs, analyzing enterprise spend, and providing data-driven insights. The analyst will handle end-to-end deal support, including supplier assessments and performance tracking. They will also assist in developing procurement policies, building global relationships, and delivering executive presentations.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
+ Indirect sourcing and procurement of services.
+ Contracts management handling terms and conditions- redlines
+ Partner with stakeholders and manage supplier relationships.
+ Negotiate cost-saving programs and analyze enterprise spend.
+ Provide data-driven insights and handle end-to-end deal support.
+ Conduct supplier assessments and track performance.
+ Assist in developing procurement policies and building global relationships.
+ Deliver executive presentations.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in Procurement & Sourcing or Supplier Management.
+ Proficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
+ Experience with financial modeling and project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in indirect sourcing and supply chain management.
+ Strong relationship-building skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
+ Experience in technology and contract negotiations, including redlining.
+ Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Presentation skills, especially for presenting to C-level executives.
+ Intermediate knowledge of sourcing techniques and principles.
+ Awareness of best practices in supplier management.
Work Environment
The position is based in Burbank and involves working with a small team led by a Director located on the East Coast. The new hire will be surrounded by team members and colleagues, primarily based on the East Coast.
