**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented **Sourcing Analyst – Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Buyer** to join our team. The MRO Buyer will specialize in purchasing and will work hybrid two or more days per week on-site as needed at our Troy, MI site. The **MRO Buyer** will conduct complex analyses of markets, supply chains, and supply bases to drive sourcing process improvements. You will identify qualified suppliers and execute sound source selection processes, maintaining regular interfaces and relationships with suppliers.
