Job Summary
Assist the product development process for At Home stores. Enable everyone to affordably make their house a home.
Key Roles and Responsibilities Monitors and enforces the Integrated calendar for optimum operational efficiency Monitors deadlines and reviews with team during weekly meetings and escalates when meeting the deadline becomes an issue Anticipates issues ahead of team members to develop contingencies to meet project timelines and minimize risks Manages communication with Product Partners Communicates directives and specs as agreed upon by the team Tracks returned offers from Product Partners Sends specialty packaging to Product Partners Requests and tracks Cost Template delivery to Merchants Requests and tracks Import Quote Sheets Tracks and manages the Project Tracker to ensure that development of products is timely Requests information from product partner Reviews weekly and requests missing/late information Responsible for KPI reporting on design ratios and adoption rates Assists Sourcing Manager in planning development trips and style outs Assists team in mock store setups Maintains up-to-date knowledge of category performance sales, margin and sell-through Build collaborative relationships with business and support teams Perform other duties assigned by the Sourcing ManagerQualifications and Competencies 1+ years’ experience and/or training in product development or buying/merchandising Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative Excellent written and verbal communication ability Superior teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
