Data collection, preparation, and interpretationSpend and savings analysisAnalytical support to procurement management and staffAdditional responsibilities and qualifications include:Your Tasks:

Provides analytical support during each of the procurement steps including, but not limited to, demand/consumption forecasting, supplier market analysis, supplier assessment, and comparative bid analysis.Takes corrective and preventative actions to ensure deliveries are at or above customer expectations.Collect, prepare and interpret data for business decisions and strategy developmentPrepare spend and savings analysis based on sourcing initiativesPreparation of documents for hand-over and follow-up for local implementationAnalytical support for cost reduction projectsPrepare presentations, collect information and material for communicationYour Profile:University undergraduate degree (preferably in business, finance, administration, engineering) or equivalent experience required.  Education in logistics and/or supply chain management would be advantageous1-3 years of experience in international business, preferably working experience as business analyst or equivalent functionGood understanding of procurement habits, practices, procedures, and systemsFluent with English language is essential to cooperate with regional business units.  Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office’s Excel, Power Point, Power BIExperience in data analysisGood interpersonal and communication skills:Ability to communicate business issues in a clear and simple wayAbility to deal with ambiguous situations and different interestsAbility to develop and establish solid and trustworthy  relationshipsStrong communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with Global, Regional and Country procurement organizationsLogical approach to complex mattersResult-oriented, problem solving, execution focused
