About the Role
The Sourcing Coordinator is team oriented and passionate about product. This person is detail oriented, thorough and committed to seeing a project through on time. They multi-task efficiently and effectively while being flexible to accommodate the changing needs of the business. This person has an understanding of retail math, product performance requirements, materials and production processes. The Sourcing Coordinator builds strong cross functional relationships by approaching all interactions with a service mindset. This is an independent and self-motivated person that acts as an owner and excels in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Process - Supports delivering products within parameters set by design. Involved in cross functional alignment on development goals. Support weekly PD and SSR meetings for all/assigned categories. Communicates accurate details relating to costing, MOQ, timeline and product details to all cross functional partners and vendors/ agents. Maintains accurate production charts and tools that are consistent with the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) system. Timeline Management -Supports adherence to all timing goals: Product Approval, PO Due Dates and PLM Validations. Supports the communication on follow up and troubleshooting timelines. Costing- Supports negotiates newness costing based on financial targets and design parameters. Vendor Development – develops understanding of vendor capabilities and leverages knowledge. Misc – Assists with administrative tasks for the department as neededCriteria

The expected starting pay range for this position is $24 - $27 per hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
