As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing agent-hiring sourcing strategies for FPS in order to increase our hiring productivity. Responsibilities Checking and understanding assigned open roles’ requirements to acquire more qualified applicants. Support in doing both active and passive sourcing like but not limited to reviewing applications in recruitment inbox, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels. Deliberate sourcing through job portals, and job postings Review and evaluate applicant qualifications according to established Job requirements. Conducts initial assessment on open roles’ qualification by phone screening. Assist in maintaining applicant tracker and database. Assisting recruitment to fill-in roles within the TAT. Work with Sourcing Team in doing market research on salary benchmark in the market and availability of profiles in the market. Assist in career fair initiatives by organising event, logistics, communication, tap prospects, etc. Collaborate ideas in implementing other sourcing initiatives as needed. Helps campaign External Referral Partnership to potential candidates on social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related degree Must have vendor management and volume sourcing experience Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Willing to work in a fast paced environment Must be willing to work mid-shift Ammenable to work in Davao City
