Support Budget, cost roll and Financial projection processes. + • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers as well as other disciplines within the businesses + • supply base risk , develop and implement mitigation plans. + • Obtain and communicate market condition information and technology trends related to commodities and suppliers + • Support related cost controls and business strategy plans + • Supports establishment and achievement of cost standards for annual operating budgets. + • Supports development of scorecards and business reviews for key suppliers **What you need:** + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required. + 4 years of relevant professional experience required, experience in supply management highly preferred. + Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry experience, highly preferred + Influencing and negotiation skills + Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain best prices and terms on products, materials, and services + Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within all levels of the organization + Ability to recognize risks and propose and develop contingency plans + Ability to read, interpret and translate engineering drawings preferred Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
