As the successful candidate, you will join the Creation Hub Europe and contribute to the client’s project development cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Boost competitivity & performance by scouting, sourcing, sampling, and introducing new raw materials (RMs) for fragrance and flavour Ingredients in development or optimization phase:Answer and provide sourcing information upon R&D request in a timely manner.Empower R&D team by providing competitive intelligence information of fine chemical industry.Enable portfolio differentiation by co-leading transversal programs & finding innovative & sustainable raw materials, processes, or companies:Proactively identify new RMs or companies offering sustainable solutionsManage R&D projects & share updates during Steering committee.Ensure business continuity for Ingredients industrialization Manage the procurement category related to New Ingredients ramp-upRepresent Procurement within Ingredients committeesBe involved in business continuity plan for key intermediatesSupport digitalization by owning sourcing data and improving its availability and accuracy in corporate tools.Support R&D & Procurement communities & proactively facilitate their interactions.

You Bring:

Scientific background with MSc or PhD in chemistry or related field. Proven business orientation with project management and sourcing track records.Minimum 5 years of work experience within the relevant field is mandatory.Ability to work independently, and as team member to achieve results in a complex and

partially remote environment.

Curious, open-minded, highly motivated with excellent communication skills.Fluency in English and preferentially in French.
